Slow Flow

 In our Slow Flow classes we'll flow a little slower than a traditional vinyasa class to put more emphasis on learning posture names, proper form and linking breath to movement during our transitions. Mixed Level Class- great for beginners!

Sculpt & Elevate

Ignite your strength! Sculpt & Elevate is an exhilarating journey that blends yoga, resistance training, strength, cardio, and HIIT into one powerful experience. You’ll move to high-energy, uncens music, using body weights and free weights to push past physical limits and elevate your mindset. Let’s sculpt, elevate, and unleash your power!!

Full Moon Flow

A monthly event centered around the Full Moon, we'll start off with an overview of the current astrological climate. Moving, into a gentle yoga flow, we'll consider some of the themes that arose in the discussion. As we move into our final resting pose, we'll be guided through a Shamanic Journeying meditation to seek healing and reclaim our personal power. We'll end the evening with journaling and a tea circle.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a rhythmic yoga flow that marries the breath to movement with the intention of quieting the mind while invigorating the body. We'll learn to seamlessly transition from one pose to the next while building body awareness as well as getting in a workout. 

Candlelight

Candlelight Yoga is an evening flow class designed for deep relaxation and release. The room will be bathed in golden light to help us melt into the moment. This class is a combination of a slow flow, and yin. We'll start by stretching and strengthening our bodies and then relax into the restorative portion of the class where we'll invite in more stillness and grace.

Chakra Cleanse

In this transformative yoga class, we’ll explore the seven chakras of the body. Each week, we’ll focus on a different energy center, and through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, we’ll activate, balance, and harmonize these vital energies.

Expect a balanced mix of gentle stretches, energizing sequences, and calming restorative poses, all supported by breath awareness to help you feel centered and rejuvenated.

Hatha

Hatha is a slow, intentional yoga flow where we'll practice breathing techniques and longer posture holds to help us calm our minds and connect with our bodes. We will focus on moving and channeling energy through our inner body.

Yin

Yin Yoga is a gentle, restorative practice that focuses on passive poses to target the deeper layers of connective tissue, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin Yoga encourages a slower pace, allowing you to fully relax into each posture. This stillness creates space for both physical and mental release, promoting flexibility, joint health, and a deep sense of calm.

Chair Yoga

A class designed for seniors and those with limited mobility. For those who are recovering from an injury or looking to ease into a yoga practice, this class will move nice and slow with many modifications available. A chair will be provided that you can use as much or as little as you'd like, making it easy to support yourself in any pose and challenge yourself as you progress.
